You Brighten My Day

A card that is perfect to brighten someone's day, whether for a new home, an anniversary, or even a wedding. There is still time to get the Sale- A-Bration set You Brighten My Day, but make sure you have the What's Up punch to make a quick cut of the house!

Card base (Coastal Cabana) - cut an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock in half making a piece 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Fold in half along the 8 1/2" side making a left open 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card front.

Designer Series Paper:
Bottom piece (dots) 4" x 2".
Accent strip (diagonal stripes) 4" x 1".
Crushed Curry =- Punch with 2 1/2" circle punch.

Cut a Tea Bag Doiley in half.

Cut a piece of Crushed Curry ribbon to approx. 4 1/2".

Punch a scrap piece of Baked Brown Sugar with the Note Tag Punch.

On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock stamp the house and and an accent of three hearts. Punch with the What's Up punch.

Use the Coastal Cabana marker to color in some accents on the house.

Layer card: Adhere the dotted paper at the bottom of the card front.

Wrap Crushed Curry ribbon around striped paper. Adhere two ends at the back, with glue dots.

Slide half doiley behind striped paper. Adhere with Snail.

Layer house on Baked Brown Sugar punch and then on circle punch. Adhere with Snail.

Pop up the circle using dimensionals.
