O
ne of my best friends is going to become a Grandma for the first time in October. There was a shower for her daughter on Saturday. I have known her daughter since she was only 18 months old, so it is very strange to see her preparing to become a Mom! I couldn't be happier for her and her husband and I know they will be amazing parents!
It was fun to gather and play games! Just doing some visiting while eating yummy food. Isn't that one of the best parts of a shower?

Use Note Cards to make this project even easier, but you can cut and use standard cardbases from Whisper White cardstock.
Cut the pretty paper (Twinkle Twinkle) into 4" strips then cut those into 2" pieces so that you have 4" wide x 2" high. You will have enough to make 18 cards from on piece of 12"x12" paper.
Accent paper (Night of Navy): 4 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Circles approx 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" (Whisper White and Night of Navy)
Stamp "Thank You" on the bottom right of the notecard using Night of Navy ink.
Stamp one of the animals from A Little Wild onto scrap piece of Whisper White piece using Night of Navy ink.
After stamping the animal punch it out using the Starburst punch.
Using the 2 1/4" punch on Night of Navy cardstock punch a circle.
Layer the pretty paper onto the accent cardstock and adhere using SNAIL.
Layer the Starburst punched piece onto the accent circle and adhere using SNAIL.
Adhere the layered pieces as shown on the card fronts.
