Crazy About You Leadership swap |

I attended my third ever Leadership Conference this last week. I participated in an organized swap hosted by my friend Lyssa. I wanted to make sure I provided an elegant, but true to my style, easy card. I think this swap does that. Colorful, but easy to put together, this card would be right for any occasion!

Project Recipe:

Cardbase (Whisper White): 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece, scored at 4 1/4" along the 8 1/2" side. Folded in half.

Accent Layer (Whisper White): 3 3/4" x 5". After stamping images (see step three) adhere to cardbase on dimensionals for a little lift and shadow line.

Stamp the leaf stamp from Crazy About You (in Wild Wasabi ink) towards the top of the accent piece and then stamp again slightly turned from original stamp.
Next stamp the greeting on the bottom left of the accent piece (in Blackberry Bliss). This card uses greeting from A Dozen Thoughts.

Stamp the flower from Crazy About You in Daffodil Delight on Whisper White scrap piece. Punch the flower using the Flower Medallion punch.
Use a square punch to make a banner end on a piece of 3 3/4" x 1/2" Painted Blooms DSP. Adhere over the bottom of green stem stamp, but allow room for the Blackberry Bliss greeting.

Add an angle cut piece of Soft Sky seam binding ribbon and a slightly shorter length of angle cut Blackberry Bliss ribbon over the DSP strip.
Using dimensionals pop the flower up over the strips of DSP and ribbon.
Add a rhinestone to center of flower.
