Not my usual color combination
I choose my card colors from Heart and Home Designer Series Paper . Initially I wasn't sure I liked the colors together, but now that I've used it, I really like it!
The cardbase is Cinnamon Cider in the usual half cardstock piece.
It is then folded in half for a left hinge opening.
The background piece is cut to 4" X 5 1/4" from Pale Papaya cardstock and has the greeting accent punched out of it using the Label Me Lovely punch before attaching to the card.
I stamped the greeting from the Blessings of Home Bundle using Cinnamon Cider ink on a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock before I punched it out using the Everyday Label punch.
The two different patterns of Heart and Home Designer Series Paper are cut to 3 3/4"x 4" for the top piece and 3 3/4" x 1" high for the bottom piece.
The paper seam between the two pieces is covered by a 4" wide x 1" high piece of Brushed Metallic Cardstock.
Layer the greeting over the accent piece and attach together.
Then use Stampin' Dimensionals to pop the greeting up a little.
I added floral accents that I cut out using Garden Green cardstock and the dies from the Bundle. You can attach one end behind the combined greeting label.
I finished it off by sprinkling some of the new Polished Dots over the card front.
