Classic design done up pretty with red and white paper and delicate ribbon.
Whisper White base (top Fold)
Real Red accent piece 4" x 4"
Glassine banner 3" x 4" hand cut to banner bottom
Small banner 2" x 4" (can use triple banner punch or hand cut)
Layer banners on accent piece. Adhere glassine in area behind small banner so adhesive doesn't show.
Add ribbon and tie through an open heart embellishment.
Adhere accent piece to cardbase.
