Bye Bye In Colors |
|
T his card is full of texture and can be made for many occasions, Birthday, Thinking of You, Get Well, Congratulations...just change up the greeting! I am going to be really sad to see this group of In Colors leave this year. I love every one of the colors, Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, and Strawberry Slush. I recommend that you get your supplies of these colors NOW before the retirement list is announced on April 21. Be sure you stock up on cardstock, reinkers, and other supplies, they will go fast!

Scrap pieces of cardstock (Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe, Coastal Cabana, Strawberry Slush) 1" x 4" and one piece Baked Brown Sugar as an accent piece for the punched shape. Very Vanilla piece for stamping and punching.
Use your choice of Embossing Folders, a different folder on each strip. On this card, Pistachio Pudding (Spring Flowers), Crisp Cantaloupe (Lovely Lace), Coastal Cabana (Decorative Dots), and Strawberry Slush (Happy Hearts).
Adhere strips of embossed cardstock in an appealing arrangement in your choice of color arrangement.
This card uses a stamp set from Sale-a-bration, which is no longer available, but any set would be appropriate.
You Brighten My Day used the "There is always something to be thankful for" stamped in Baked Brown Sugar and punched out using the Note Tag punch. Adhere to an accent piece of Baked Brown Sugar card stock and tie a piece of Coastal Cabana Thick Baker's Twine. Suggestion: Use Stampin' Dimensionals to pop the greeting up from the card base.
