Summer is winding down, but let's have some fun before it's over.

We've been working on some fantastic new card designs and can't wait to share them with you.

The designs will be for All Occasions cards, but you decide what you'll use them for when you stamp them with your own stamp sets and inks.

Kits are available to order from today until Wed August 20 at 9 pm central time!

The kit will contain all the pre-cut supplies, color photo instructions, embellishments, envelopes, specialty adhesives and other fun items you'll need to create the projects.

You just need to stamp and assemble the cards!

You can choose: Single kit - 4 cards, Double kit - 8 cards, Triple kit - 12 cards, or if you just need the ideas grab the instructions!

I am being nostalgic more and more these days!

I participated in a recent Online Stamp Camp and I choose to showcase the Celebratory Sips Suite Collection as one of my 50 minute sessions.

It was fun to show the versatility in the look of cards, just in the choice of patterned paper and color combinations.

It was also fun to go WAY BACK to 2005-06 to find a technique for a card - the Waterfall technique!

I watched old videos and looked at things from Splitcoast Stampers that I hadn't watched for years!

Then I saw a couple of waterfall cards using the same products that were made by Rose Ward and I decided I'd put my own little spin on it.

I hadn't made one of these in years, and in the old days we used brads to keep the mechanism in place.

I used a good dose of multipurpose liquid glue and Tear & Tape to hold things together.

When you start pulling down on the bottom of the card, you want to make sure your adhesive will hold everything together, but still give you the ability to allow movement.

I loved how mine turned out and those who attended the Online Stamp Camp were given the full written instructions and got to watch a live of me putting the card together.

I really loved that I was able to use almost all the products from the Suite on the card.

I used The Garden embossing folder from the Glass and Gardens duo pack of embossing folders included in the Suite. 

The pull at the bottom used the beautiful Gold 3/8" Striped Ribbon.

One of my favorite parts of presenting this card is I was able to use small portions of several of the patterns of paper from the Celebratory Sips paper pack.

There were even portions of the larger pattern glasses, that even of the top was cut off I showed how to fill in by stamping onto cardstock or patterned paper piece and die cut to complete the decoration.

That's what I did on the back of the card.

I fussy cut one of the glasses at the top edge of the paper, that had a portion of the umbrella in the glass, so I stamped onto a small piece of Cloud Cover cardstock and die cut the shape of the umbrella and attached it over the patterned paper.

It gave a fun look to the inside/back of the card.

There’s something about this photo that just hits me right in the heart.

On the left—little Connor James, excited and nervous for his very first day of 4K.

On the right—the grown-up senior, on graduation day.

One backpack. One diploma. Fourteen years of memories between them.
