My newest project is a treat bag that is more cute than spooky. Perfect for the little trick or treaters that come to your house, or for adding a little treat to your coworker's day.
Stamp the chevron circle with Tangelo Twist ink on Pumpkin Pie cardstock.
Stamp the jack o lantern face with Archival Basic Black ink onto the chevron circle.
Stamp the pumpkin stem with Old Olive ink onto Old Olive cardstock.
Cut the jack o lantern and the stem out using Seasonal Thinlit Dies.
Layer the stem on the top of the jack o lantern and adhere.
Cut the word spooky in Basic Black cardstock. Tip: Make a sandwich 1. bottom acrylic plate 2. four dryer sheets (folded in half) 3. cardstock 4. thinlet die and 5. top acrylic plate. Run through the Big Shot. Easily peel the word spooky from the thinlet.
Cut a large banner in Old Olive cardstock and a just smaller banner in Basic Black cardstock which has been run through the Big Shot using the Woodgrain Embossing Folder.
Layer the banners and adhere together.
Layer the jack o lantern onto the banners and adhere.
Fold the top down on the Kraft treat bag.
Cut a paper doily in half and adhere it to the folded down bag.
Adhere the layered banners and jack o lantern.
Using the Fine Tip Glue Pen adhere the Spooky die to the bottom of the bag.
Unfold the treat bag, add a treat and then fold down again. May be necessary to use a glue dot or other adhesive to hold the bag closed.
