A lovely little note

A little note laurie k

I got this cute card from Laurie K with a note. I love it and will be using this design as an inspiration for a bunch of new Mail it out Monday cards! I love a clean and simple design. Here card uses one piece of pretty paper in a 3"x3" square (you can get 16 pieces out of one piece of 12"x12" paper). Then it has a piece of cardstock 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" in a coordinating color behind it. I love how she stamped a simple greeting directly on the paper in a coordinating ink color. You could also stamp a greeting on another piece of cardstock and punch it out or die cut it into a shape. This card could be made for any occasion. I see birthday, wedding, thinking of you, thank you, even a sympathy card. Thanks Laurie! I appreciate your kindness and inspiration!

Your cardbase is 8 1/2"X 5 1/2", scored and folded in half.

Stamp your greeting onto the bottom 1/3 of the card front using a coordinating ink pad and your favorite greeting.

one piece of pretty paper in a 3"x3" square (you can get 4 pieces out of one piece of 6"x6" paper).

Use a coordinating piece of cardstock, cut to 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" as an accent layer.

Adhere the pretty paper to the accent cardstock layer, then adhere the combined piece to the top of the cardbase. Keep same distance on three sides.

Write in the card and mail to someone special!
